Is there a guarantee that I will get reactivated?
We are continually striving to get drivers back on the road, but we can't provide a guarantee. It's determined on a case-by-case basis, largely depending on why you were deactivated. Currently, we have about 60% success rate of getting drivers back on the road within our first initial action letter to their legal department. For the drivers who are unable to make it through, we will provide additional support for you to get through small claims court. At that point your chances increase to 70%
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own, for a min. of 6 months. If the course becomes unavailable through Gig Rocket, we will make alternative arrangements at request.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund. Upon a refund the gig company is notified and your appeal process ends.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY PERSON OR ENTITY RELATING TO YOUR DEACTIVATION (OR ANYTHING ELSE), IT IS IN YOUR INTEREST TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY IN YOUR STATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THERE ARE STRICT DEADLINES FOR FILING LEGAL CLAIMS RELATING TO WRONGFUL TERMINATION, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, LOST WAGES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, DEFAMATION, INJURIES, AND OTHER MATTERS. THOSE DEADLINES VARY BY STATE AND CLAIM. IF YOU MISS THE DEADLINE, YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO FILE THE CLAIM AND/OR OBTAIN MONEY OR OTHER LEGAL REMEDIES. THE RIDESHARE PROFESSOR URGES YOU TO CONTACT A LAW FIRM IMMEDIATELY SHOULD YOU WISH TO FILE ANY CLAIM AND/OR LAWSUIT. AFTER THE PURCHASED LETTER IS SENT, GIGROCKET WILL NOT FOLLOW-UP WITH THE DEACTIVATING COMPANY IN ANY CAPACITY OR FOR ANY REASON. THIS IS A ONE-TIME SERVICE, IN WHICH YOU MAKE ONE PAYMENT AND, IN RETURN, ACTIVATION HERO / RIDESHARE PROFESSOR SENDS A LETTER ON YOUR BEHALF. AFTER THE LETTER IS MAILED, THE RIDESHARE PROFESSOR  HAS COMPLETED THE TASK FOR WHICH YOU PAID. NO OTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON YOUR BEHALF. THE RIDESHARE PROFESSOR / ACTIVATION HERO WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS IN RELATION TO THIS SERVICE. ACTIVATION HERO / RIDESHARE PROFESSOR WILL NOT RESPOND TO A CUSTOMER’S REQUEST FOR “STATUS” ON HIS/HER REACTIVATION, THE RESPONSE FROM THE DEACTIVATING COMPANY, OR ANYTHING ELSE. IF ACTIVATION HERO/ RIDESHARE PROFESSOR RECEIVES A WRITTEN RESPONSE FROM THE DEACTIVATING COMPANY, THE RIDESHARE PROFESSOR WILL FORWARD THE RESPONSE TO THE  EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED WHEN REQUESTING THE LETTER. I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE ABOVE TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO REFUND ONCE I SUBMIT MY REQUEST.
